Families seeking emergency shelter or affordable housing services can reach us at:
We provide services to families from Leon, Gadsden, Madison, Jefferson, Franklin, Wakulla, and Liberty counties. We require proof of most recent residence. Our emergency shelter policy is to provide shelter for up to 90-days during which time our counselors will assist you to develop a housing plan. All school-aged children must attend school, and we will assist with placement services if helpful.
You may also wish to call 211 for crisis counseling services. Additionally, https://www.findhelp.org provides access to food pantries, medical care, and other free or reduced-cost help.
For Veteran Families
Our veteran services provide support services to help veterans and their immediate family to find or keep stable housing. We connect veterans with resources to achieve housing stability and independence. Our service delivery area for veteran services: Leon, Gadsden, Madison, Jefferson, Franklin, Wakulla, Liberty, Jackson, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Washington and Bay counties.
